This valve, also known as a diaphragm valve, is imported from abroad. It is a compressed air "switch" for the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system, which is controlled by the output signal of the pulse spraying control instrument. It sprays and cleans the filter bags (chambers) one by one, keeping the resistance of the dust collector accessories within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
Purpose: The electromagnetic pulse valve is a compressed air switch for the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system. It is controlled by the pulse spraying controller to spray and clean the filter bags room by room and row by row, keeping the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure good processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. The DMF pulse valve has a 90 degree angle between its gas outlet and gas outlet. Suitable for installation and connection with air pockets and dust removal spray pipes, with smooth airflow and the ability to provide qualified dust cleaning pulse.
